The publisher operates as a natural person. No registration with the Spanish Commercial Registry is applicable under Article 10.1(b) of Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), since that letter only requires declaring registration when the provider is actually registered, and no incorporation has taken place. No registration in any professional guild applies, as the publishing of music recordings is not a regulated profession under Article 10.1(d) LSSI-CE. This website is a public information site for the Nothing Else Records project and does not itself process direct online sales, user accounts, advertising or checkout transactions.

Purpose of the website

This website is the public presentation of Nothing Else Records. It introduces the project and provides a single contact channel. It does not offer e-commerce, user accounts, newsletters or submission forms.

Trademark

“Nothing Else Records” is a trademark application filed at the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (Oficina Española de Patentes y Marcas, OEPM), under Nice classes 9 (software and digital sound recordings), 25 (apparel) and 41 (entertainment and cultural services), currently pending. No registration has been granted yet, and nothing on this site should be read as claiming a registered trademark.

The trademark application protects the publisher’s interest in the future, lawful, commercial exploitation of the “Nothing Else Records” brand should circumstances change. As of the date of this notice, no commercial activity is being conducted through this website (no e-commerce, no merchandising, no advertising, no donations).
